I have over 10 years of training experience in Europe and the United States. I have worked with athletes, celebrities and celebrity trainers. I have multiple certifications within the fitness world including, Certified Personal Trainer, Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Applied Function Science, Boxing Instructor and Spin Instructor
Through personal training my goal is to design a program to support your unique goal, passion, and personality.
I started boxing when I was 11. From that moment on I realized that putting in a little work each day added up to big success. Working out empowers me and gives me great confidence in life. It inspired me back then and continues to inspire me now. I strongly believe that taking good care of your health physically and mentally is a daily practice and a lifestyle I wish to teach others.

After 15 years of playing professional basketball in Europe, my journey has brought me back to my hometown of Santa Barbara, CA. I have used my experiences from training in countries like Finland and Denmark as the foundation for the outlook on the type of training I perform today. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and I have been blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of an elite training program within our community at AM | FITNESS in Downtown Santa Barbara.
From personal training to sport specific workouts, my blend of athletics with high intensity training will help build the foundation within your own fitness and athletic goals. Using a proven program designed with specific movements that focus on strength, speed and explosiveness; together we can reach new personal achievements.
